Do NOT use Gail Gephardt!! I deal with agents on a daily basis and I have never dealt with a more incompetent agent. She was a listing agent on a property I bought and she should never get another listing. She overpriced the property (obviously does not know how to price a property) and I was the only offer on this property. Never hear that in today's market.
