I recently used Denis Rancourt of this brokerage I ChatGPT search in order to find a house to rent in the Niagara region and found Denis Rancourt. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience with Rania and her Remax office these last few months. They are difficult to work with and have proven on multiple occasions that they don't have their clients best interest in mind. She has been late to our recent property showings as well she has never once found suitable listings for us as clients of a few years now.
