Miyuki Ocho is the absolute worse in communicating with a potential client. I started the process and she could never provide a straight answer or even worse, never responded for nearly a week later. I called the office to lodge a concern and the receptionist told me to “do what I have to do". And I did.
Kurt at RE/MAX was absolutely incredible to work with. He was very responsive and professional throughout the process of selling our home.
