Wow! Jason handles everything for you! We have taken a long time to find the right home with an out building, and he has not shown any frustration having to work more hours with us. He also works out of the 144th St. and I -25 location if this is more convenient for you. Best real estate agent I have ever worked with and I have had many as I move quite often. I did not highlight apartments and condos below as we’ve not ever looked for those nor inquired about them.

Troy was amazing to work with. He took the time to verify whether the property I was interested in would pass a HUD inspection and discovered it wouldn’t due to egress issues. Because he looked into this and explained it clearly, he saved me from wasting time on properties that were guaranteed to fail. His honesty, thoroughness, and attention to detail are truly appreciated.
This office runs an unethical operation. I had a poor experience with one of their agents. Rather than apologize or take any accountability, they pointed the finger in every conceivable direction possible, other than at themselves. First it was their client's fault, then it was the software's fault for conveniently glitching, then it was because it was a busy day so corners had to be cut. No accountability.
