My girlfriend’s experience with ReMax Metro - which she documented daily and shared with me - was tragically unprofessional. Fiduciary obligations were very questionable. There seems to be an accepted culture of being cavalier and not listening to the client – even with a 3-way intervention call. The daily process was truly exhausting for her, and for her friends, who were stunned at the unprofessionalism. Apparently, they don’t depend on referrals.

Awful experience buying $1.55MM vacation home. They were the selling agent. I'm sure the seller was not happy either as it went for 25% below asking price and 15% below appraisal. Very petty people at this office who can't keep appointments and have questionable integrity.
