I literally have had a terrible experience with this team. They sent me a letter in my mailbox last month saying they have someone who wants to see my house (house not on market but could be). Convo back and forth, then asked if the potential buyer could walk the land the next day. We said of course, then got a call asking for an exclusive showing (house was not on market so cleaned for two days, went out of our way and was kind and polite to potential buyers).
