Poor communication
Jessica Gunn the new property manager kicked us out of our rental and tried to take all our bond. Took hundred photos and made out the property was left in ruins which is wasn't. Dont trust this dodgy and dishonest property manager. Professionally ripping off tenants. Terrible experience. Some advice for renters claim your bond from the RTA the day you hand in your keys, dont wait for Remax/masters to do it they'll try and steal it.
We had a fantastic experience selling our house with George Voung. We were very nervous as it was our first time selling but George helped us immensely from start to finish. Communication was top notch. I highly recommend George to anyone wanting to sell.
