if you’re a tenant, they will charge you $75 application fee which is Lot more money than other realtors to show you a rental property. also, if you’re trying to rent out property, stay away from them. they will only waste your time.. if it has been more than a month and they haven’t gotten a suitable tenant for your property then go to different realtor right away. make sure you don’t sign Long term contract, otherwise you’ll be stuck with them.
This is our second time buying a home with Remax legends. Happy this time and last. Renee Martin is fast responding and made us feel comfortable the whole time. We are in our forever home
