I spoke to Casey at length about a property I was very interested in Norwich. I am 1.5 hrs away. I had multiple questions. She restated them all and promised to get back to me. By my phone history that was Saturday. This is Wednesday. I have not heard back from Casey Garvaglia. I have sent 3 texts. No response. Zillow now indicates she is my agent. This is disgusting.
