I was going through a different real estate agent (who was fantastic), but unfortunately, he had to deal with the Winn team. I wanted a transom window above the door, and they installed the half moon window. My agent asked Gray Winn to make it right and maybe throw in a refrigerator into the deal, and Gray basically laughed in his face and said that he can give me my deposit back if I don’t want the house.
