Worst ever. Don’t. Just don’t. I would have given zero stars if I could. I was selling a piece of land. They did basically nothing. Nothing. When the listing was supposed to run out I discovered that when I was sent paperwork to sign that was too small print to see properly on my phone, to lower the selling price, it also contained a clause to extend the contract. Never again.
We bought our first home and used this place and it was the worst experience ever! Was lied to and crooked every way possible. Please be extra cautious when buying a house and I wouldn’t advise using them for anything it’s traumatize us and especially being our first time buying I was hoping for a good experience and it was all good until they got their money then it was all over with for us
