Craig Duckworth, RE/MAX, was the “BEST” at assisting us in finding our new home in the Charlotte area. He was knowledgeable, respectful, informed, committed, and completely open with us in our new home search. There was no pressure, and he simply wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied in our final choice. Going through the process of buying and selling a home can be extremely stressful. Of primary importance is having a realtor that is knowledgeable and whom we can totally trust and that’s what we have in Craig Duckworth. He sold our last home for us with very little stress to us and then found us a perfect home, negotiated a great price and walked us through step-by-step on the purchased home as well. Highly recommend Craig and Remax.
This guy is amazing. I was searching for an older home with character and plenty of room and he did not stop searching and going to random open houses at times on odd days. He took his time had all the information for the entire area and knew every detail. He then set us up with a lender since ours transitioned to a new job while we were in the process of buying the house. What could have been a stressful and trying time, he made it manageable and successful. I will always recommend Craig.
