Kathy was amazing. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a home and helped us find the right fit. Kathy was fabulous! She went above and beyond in a number of ways. I was in New Mexico the whole time, but she had a number of contacts and was able to take charge when various new challenges presented themselves. She also proved herself a good negotiator, and our deal ended up a bit better than anticipated money-wise. Recently had a co-op with Kathy for a property in KC. Both Kathy and the seller were exceptional and fair to deal with. This market can be challenging at times especially for buyers competing on every home they submit an offer on... It's nice to work with agents that are seasoned and experienced. I kind of happened upon Kathy by chance and I'm so glad I did because she did an outstanding job with the sale of my home from start to finish. She was able to work through everything that came up, walk me through the process each step of the way, and she got results with potential buyers and the final buyer of the property.
