Agent Tori Schultz is very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. She from the very beginning was passive aggressive towards me once meeting me in person. I am not sure if it is due to my race but I do not deserve to be treated as such. The home was incomplete and basically trash and charging 1250!

I sold a home where the buyers were represented by Karl Brien of RE/MAX Lakeside. I found that transparency was lacking with Karl: a selling contingency buried in the closing date, nondisclosure of damage to the home done by the inspector per the inspection contingency, nickel-and-diming the seller based on the inspection report and just in general, seller paying for buyer's title insurance and 'emergency' fee to produce HOA documentation that I could provide for free.
