My experience with Paul St Martin, from beginning to end, has been a joy...he worked exceptionally hard until the end, which ended with my wife and I deciding to not sell...not once, during any time of a fairly long process, did Paul St Martin exhibit anything toward us but kindness and care!...in my book, requiring ALL of the stars you may have to give!...if there were 6, I'd give 6...and so on!...you are, quite simply, THE BEST!!!
Met with Paul today, July 7th 2025. Had a great experience. He showed me a few more listings than I had requested, which was an added bonus. So thankful Paul had the extra time to show me around. Each home had its own charm and was a great example of what the area has to offer.
We had an amazing agent. Paul went way above and beyond for us. We started with a couple properties we really wanted in Oroville. Paul went and took detailed videos and photos of each property before we even looked in person. Once going in person with his help and much research and questioning people Paul helped us decide they just weren’t the right fit for our family. Paul St. Martin is exceptional at all steps of the process which is such a rollercoaster but he remains positive, supportive, and willing to go to the mats for you. We avoided disaster with the first house we made an offer on and had other hurdles in the final steps of the 2nd house but Paul never gave up and kept working hard.
