We bought our house from Dave. We needed a new roof and one of his realtors husband operated Big Roofing. ( we were from out of state and knew no one so we Trusted Dave). We signed paperwork for 2 payments of 4750. 00. Roof was completed, we closed Nov 30, 2023. Roof paid in full. In January 2024 Bigfoot called and wanted and additional > 3000.00 because there material cost were more than what we agreed on ??? We refused, called Dave and he was going to investigate and call us back. Nope Dave ignored us from that day forward... read more
