We bought our house from Dave. We needed a new roof and one of his realtors husband operated Big Roofing. ( we were from out of state and knew no one so we Trusted Dave). We signed paperwork for 2 payments of 4750. 00. Roof was completed, we closed Nov 30, 2023. Roof paid in full. In January 2024 Bigfoot called and wanted and additional > 3000.00 because there material cost were more than what we agreed on ???
