The buyer’s agent, Connie, was extremely unprofessional. On our last day of ownership, she literally walked into our home illegally - just let herself in - during our last hour of ownership while I was having an intimate moment saying goodbye to the home I built. Extremely rude, illegal, and entitled. Avoid.
I've had the opportunity of working with several of the Realtors in this office and they are true professionals and a pleasure to work with.
I would be cautious working with them. We had an awful experience with one of their listing agents- nothing but games and wasted time on a house that was on the market for 40+ days with zero offers. There are some great real estate agencies in Bend. This is not one of them.
I have listed my house for sale by owner. One of their agents contacted me this week to see if I was open to discussing the possibility of him listing my house instead of me trying to sell it myself. The discussion was a good one and frankly it was the first time an agent didn't insult my intelligence or talk down to me. That is where the good stopped. Today it all went to crap.
