Dirty tactic broker for seller. An offer was made way above ask. Kathleen who was the listing agent for the seller decided she did not want to present the offer to the seller that was 350k over ask because she wanted to represent both seller and buyer for her commission. We had a house that was unusual in style so we knew it might be difficult to sell. But Kathy worked really hard to find the right buyer. She arranged a super successful open house, even fitting our empty house with a few pieces of appealing theme furniture to make it more saleable. She also kept in touch with us all the time and was very responsive to any questions. Overall, she worked very hard on our behalf.
