My husband and I relocated to Duncan from Houston. I had some concerns about buying a home from so far away, but Karl was amazing. He made himself available for all of my phone calls and responded to my emails quickly and was very flexible and understanding of our crazy schedules. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor – Karl went above and beyond to make sure we were updated and knew everything that was going on. I highly recommend Karl for anyone buying in the Duncan area.
My husband and I were looking to relocate to Duncan. We found a house we loved. We used Karl, bad mistake. He never once acted like he was representing us. He was representing the bank apparently. Found out today, the home we REALLY wanted, sold for $5000. less than the offer we mad. If he were any kind of realtor at all, we would own that house right now. We are still looking to relocate, just with a different realtor.
My family and I relocated from Washington state. Karl was fantastic to work with. We always knew what was happening every step of the process. He was very responsive to all of our needs (which were many) He went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Can't thank him enough. I would definitely recommend working with him!
