If I could leave no stars I would. My family and I purchased a home that was listed fraudulently by Scottie Webb at Remax Select in Shelby NC. The listing stated: “brand new everything”, cabinets, plumbing, completely renovated, installed onsite septic, HVAC, and it being a 3 bed 1 bath. After a year of investigation, it was found out that the parcel states 2bed 1 bath and that the contractor did not properly pull a permit to add a wall making the home a 3 bedroom which exempted him from ensuring the septic would meet the re... read more
