Jeremy runs a leasing company called Our Town Leasing and these folks are your typical thieving landlords. Rent will be the highest you'll find, maintenance requests will go unfulfilled, and after move out they will keep as much of your deposit as possible! I paid $450 for a cleaning service and left them my receipt.
