Horrible experience agent dropped my price 125k to start a bidding war I did not approve of. A week of hell with back to back showings with offers below already way below market. That wasn't bad enough, he confirmed all showings sent by text not allowing me the option to control how many, or how early or late. My advice to anyone is Use investors and attorneys less lies less out of pocket costs; stay away from agents and banks nothing but liars & crooks.
