The service I received here, especially from my agent Teresa Ramos, was exceptional. I came in with difficulties beyond the average home sale yet was given speedy, efficient, and thorough attention. At no point did I feel overwhelmed by the unknowns of selling a house, and I do not think the process could have gone more smoothly. The house that I felt was unsellable sold incredibly well in their capable hands. Highly recommended!
I called to sell an executive home and property on 28 acres. I spoke to an agent who was going to "make a few calls and get back with me"....I have yet to hear back from the Remax agent...even to say he wasn't interested in listing it...even to leave a voicemail as professional courtesy??? I recieved a call today, within the hour, from another competing agency and was treated to true customer service. Your loss, their gain, their commission, did I say your loss? Not to mention a five-star rating for the responsive agent!!!
