Short Sale with Marc and Iva I was behind on my mortgage and I needed help to avoid foreclosure. I called and spoke with Marc, who came out the next day to my home. complaint In January, 2011 I contacted a “sort sale specialist” Marc & Iva Shudnow to sell my condo on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago’s east Lake View area prior to a potential foreclosure. The agent Marc Shudnow entered my apartment, but strangely never looked around or asked any questions pertaining to the sale.
