Linda Moreau is absolutely NOT a professional. We had put in a full price CASH offer on a home she had listed. Our realtor was constantly trying to find out what was going on with our offer____ FOR A WEEK! She kept saying that the owner of the house was a cantankerous old woman who was extremely hard to deal with. In reality, Moreau, was holding out for other offers. Not even bothering to give us a chance to put in another offer. I’m not sure how she is allowed to do these types of things. Clearly she is an unethical person.
We recently listed a property with Mike Butler at RE/MAX Horseshoe Bay Resort Sales. Mike did an excellent job of portraying the property in a an accurate and positive manner including his excellent photography. The property sold quickly at a price above what we expected.
