After submitting a formal complaint and notice of intent to vacate due to unsafe living conditions, we received an unprofessional and dismissive response from the property manager, Kevin O’Neill. I woke up to a surprise inspection. No warnings, no notice. I tried calling to speak to the broker that’s under this management company and it’s been weeks since I’ve called for other issues, with Kevin and not once have I received a call back. Be warned if you move into a property managed by Remax!
