I cannot say enough good things about Perry Kunishige. He has such patience even through the most trying conditions (trust estate sale made more complicated by the buyers). I highly recommend Perry - no wonder my relatives also put their trust in him. Fast, good communication, etc. Sometimes I wondered when he slept.
