Lucas DeVelder was the buyer's agent for the home I just sold. He allowed his clients to demand a laundry list of items to be completed by me on their final walk through, the night before the house closing. Today, I had an infuriating encounter with the most unprofessional, arrogant, disrespectful agent. David Kleine, met me and a couple at a house which apparently is a property owned by his church. My agent, who is from Buffalo, had an emergency come up and forgot to contact the sellers agent after letting me know that she could not come for the showing. Louis Alaimo, made buying a house such a breeze! He was very professional, extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Would definitely recommend!
Tracy Parke Gibas is the absolute best! This was my first time buying a home, so I had a lot of questions and looked at some houses that were obviously a bad fit.
