Today, I had an infuriating encounter with the most unprofessional, arrogant, disrespectful agent. David Kleine, met me and a couple at a house which apparently is a property owned by his church. My agent, who is from Buffalo, had an emergency come up and forgot to contact the sellers agent after letting me know that she could not come for the showing.
