Extremely rude & unprofessional. Called them with a few questions about rental property i was approved for and was hung up on after stating my name. Giving her the benefit of the doubt the call could’ve dropped i called back and she hung up on me again! I then had my wife call which she was able to keep her on the phone “mysteriously” but once asking about the why i was hung up on and she wasn’t the lady became very rude and ignorant and hung up on my wife. Was left on message seen for four days. Jordan didn’t take any time to answer my questions. She didn’t do anything to help she did absolutely nothing. I’ll take my money business somewhere else. She just kept looking at my messages and that’s it four days of nothing to thanks jordan.
