Joanne is totally absurd. Her license should be suspended immediately. She also sent the counteroffer without my permission to the owner and told me that because I didn't respond to her within the timeframe, she sent it without my consent, which is very illegal. She also lied to me about the available space, telling me it was not available until I figured it out, which is still available.
