Joanne is totally absurd. Her license should be suspended immediately. She also sent the counteroffer without my permission to the owner and told me that because I didn't respond to her within the timeframe, she sent it without my consent, which is very illegal. She also lied to me about the available space, telling me it was not available until I figured it out, which is still available. I’ve lived in my apartment for several years. And I’ve always had RE/MAX as our property manager. We’ve always had very good experiences, they’ve always been very accommodating. Always respond quickly and help us sort out any problems that we may have With maintenance or billing, etc. I truly appreciate anyone who works this hard to help us feel more at home.
Made me wait patiently to move out their tenants in order for myself to start the lease - which was fine though I was delayed for a while - only to tell me the lease meet-up time at the very end, then acted like its completely reasonable and unexpected that I can't come at 12:30 on a Thursday as if I don't have a job. This company has a habit of simply putting your forward for something without mentioning it to you once, this happened when I was touring as well.
We had to find a new place to rent last-minute, and it was so stressful. Trish was incredible at helping us find the perfect place in the perfect time, and Bonnie has been incredible during the move-in process.
Unfortunately I can't comment on their rental service because I couldn't make it past the application process. In order to apply for a house rental, you and everyone who lives with you must make 3x rent, individually. I make over 3x rent. My household income is 4x rent. Having a second person in my house who is contributing to rent disqualified me from living in this house, for reasons unknown, unless my partner had a cosigner which we are not at all interested in considering we can easily afford their rent.
