Living out-of-state, it was a struggle to clean out a 60+ year residence and prepare it for sale. Joyce was extremely helpful coordinating efforts to freshen the exterior and interior appearance of the house. She recommended a contractor to fix some electrical problems and also assisted us in finding homes for furnishings that were not removed by family members or donated to a local charitable organization. Joyce Yost was very responsive and worked late hours to get a contract together for me to present to the buyer before someone else scooped up the place. As usual, Joyce is always available to help, (day or night), and works quickly to coordinate showings and/or get answers to questions related to the buying/selling process. Therefore, I give Joyce 5 stars!
