I agree with every word and every emotion behind all of the reviews written here. I warn you strongly, I would beg you, if we were face to face, not to rent from REMAX/New Haven. Reread everything written one more time before you sign the lease. Remax is not good landlord they don't communicate well can't talk to anyone when u need they find ways to keep your money I will rent from them again they r very unprofessional and they don't do business right 💯 I'm just glad I'm out from them sad they like this I'm good nowÂ
One of the most negative rental experiences I've ever had. Took over property management duties halfway through our rental term for our Cleveland Heights property on Taylor Rd. They not conduct repairs or maintenance as we submitted requests,. Upon move-out they deducted half of our deposit for cleaning fees and debris removal despite us leaving the property in better condition than it was received to us.
