i rent from REMAX and it has been nothing short of a disaster when it comes to service calls. They are very unresponsive and when they do respond, they set unrealistic expectations. My heater failed mid-January and my house was entering into temperatures that were 50 degrees and below. After 7 hours they finally responded (which by that time i already called someone privately to fix it) and because i had it fixed they would not refund me.
