I was in contact with this company for a very short amount of time in 2024 for property management, specifically with Dave Trebeek. In that short amount of time I realized how horrible his customer interaction was and quickly got help elsewhere. I've lived in my home for 11 years and have had multiple property management groups run it. This is BY FAR the worst property management group I've ever had in my life. These people are absolutely incompetent. Maintenance is a joke. There is no actual number to call. The number provided is a fax line. When you e-mail a complaint, they send an automotive response, acting like they care, and then nothing is ever done. They only communicate using a portal that gives generic responses, there is no way to talk to anyone in person to correct a mistake on their end… I would stay away from renting from remax unless you want your credit completely ruined.

I reached out to Dave and Garry about their request for janitorial services, and I must say, they have been incredibly rude and disrespectful. They never provide straightforward answers, and there's always an issue. As a business, I recommend that you steer clear of them. They clearly lack the professionalism needed to operate effectively. Trying to charge me double rent after I already paid rent also have stated that there going to charge me 50 dollars and hour for every hour that a repair man takes to fix anything wrong with a problem with a place I'm renting and I don't own the property.
