Whatever you do, do not use this firm. I hired one of their realtors to sell my home and they went ahead and approved showings without my consent. I had asked the agent twice not to approve a showing and woke up the next morning to it being approved. So unless you want a firm where the agents just do whatever they want, do not use this firm
Had one of there agents list my parents home, the worst decision of our lifes. Agent never answered his calls, posted the worst photos of the property online, said he would do a open house , but never did and did not inform my father until he asked him how did it go. When I called to complain one manager was very caring and apologetic but Mr. Cory was rude, did not apologize on his agents behlaf, questioned my knowledge about real estate and then hung up.
