Katherine Scott exceeded every expectation we had. From our very first meeting, she made us feel secure, understood, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. She is exceptionally professional, highly knowledgeable, incredibly efficient, and always available whenever we had questions or needed advice. Her expertise and confidence gave us complete peace of mind. She knew exactly what she was doing every step of the way, and her guidance made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and effortless. ... read more
Extremely unprofessional experience with Marisa Ranjbar. After over a week of endless document requests — all of which we provided — we received a lease agreement that we signed, even agreeing to 3 months of rent upfront. The agent then informed us that the landlord refused, with no valid explanation. Weeks wasted, costs incurred, and a family left without housing. I strongly do not recommend.
Had the pleasure of working with Matt Falle on both a condo rental agreement, and later on in purchasing a home. Matt was great to work with. He’s very personable and went above and beyond in order to find a house that met my needs. He wasn’t afraid to provide his advice on certain properties we looked at together. He made the home buying search and purchase paperwork seamless. I will definitely contact Matt again in the future when I am looking to make my next real estate moves! Thanks Matt 🙏
We worked with Andrew Bury who was very down to earth, patient, and advocated for us despite some difficult negotiations. We are very happy with the service we received!
