Joy Neville has been one of the most disappointing agents I’ve ever dealt with. She’s rude, unprofessional, and completely ineffective in representing her clients’ best interests. Rather than engaging in any meaningful negotiation, her default approach is to repeatedly lower the property’s price. It’s clear she lacks both initiative and skill in navigating offers.
