Never use again, BAD NEWS OVERALL, BIG MISTAKE TO PURCHASE FROM HER AND AGENT JOANNE BURLINGTON, PROBLEMS GALOUR INCLUDING A FURNACE TOLD WAS 6YRS OLD BUT IN FACT WAS 18, $7,500 NEEDED TO REPLACE 7 MONTHS AFTER INSPECTION!! NOT MOVE IN READY AS REQUIRED BY AGREEMENT IN AND OUT, BY FAR, 35 RETAINED TEXT MESSAGE PAGES BACK AND FORWARD!! THEY JUST WERE NOT THERE FOR US!!! NOT THEN, NOT AFTER CLOSING!

Wow!! I wish I could give more stars! The Peggy Hill team managed to show me a house, stage my house, help me buy the new house then sell my existing house in THREE WEEKS!
