Bad Business when a Realtor does not have a courtesy to provide you an update on a listing. Accepting or Declining an offer is all part of buying a home. Susan Key and her team Failed to be courteous in this week's transactions. When you do not respond to the offers, you are hurting your team and customer. Steven Matzen is one of the best agents in the business today. Always willing to go above an beyond for you no matter what. For example, I’m only in town once a week or maybe once a few weeks to look for a house. He was always ready for us and able to look at houses close to last min. He has made finding a house less stressful being from central Texas.
I worked with Pamela Hammel and she was amazing. She helped us with selling our old house and purchasing our new house. Pamela was very knowledgeable about the different areas we were looking at and she was able to help us refine our search and pick the best area for us.
