My family has rented with Remax Northstar in Clarksville TN now for close to three years. I would not recommend working with Remax Premier, especially if you are relocating. The broker does not respond, at all. The agent, LARRY QUARTARARO misled us, costing unnecessary moving expenses. Promises from him that never came to be, all because of his greed to get a listing and put money in his pocket. Shameful.....

The best thing about our experience with Ryan was his initial presentation to encourage us to sign a contract with him. That's the first and last time we saw Ryan. We felt like we were mostly on our own during the selling process and encouraged us to drop the price 10 days after putting our house on the market and when we did get an offer, he encouraged us to accept without countering. Before signing agreement, his partner Ryan agreed to have my property professionally cleaned and also agreed that the terms and conditions of contract would only be valid on the first day it is listed on MLS.
