Would not recommend. My partner and I went to an open house for a home listed by them in Kitchener. It was scheduled for 2-5pm. We arrived at 2:20pm and there was no realtor there. There were about 8 people lined up waiting and one said the realtor was on his way. Sadly we were not the only people who left without seeing the house due to having to wait. One of the best place to find a Realtor that suits your needs. There is a little space for improvement for the updates regarding non working realtors.

Pankaj finds me the best tenants to rent my Condos in Mississauga. Pankaj always find time to answer my Real Estate questions he return calls promptly. I highly recommend him.
