I was instructed to come in and drop off some paperwork. I came and was waiting over 40 minites without anyone acknowledging me or speaking to me. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere. Edit: it's not letting me reply to the owners reply. Thank you for responding. I was there at around 1-1:15 and no one was at the front desk. There were two women sitting in the office in the back left office(you can see from the front entrance) neither acknowledged me at all. I waited until about 2pm and then left.
Shirley Acosta is an extremely unethical agent. She knowingly chose not to disclose major plumbing and heating issues on a house we purchased from her sellers. We have proof from the home warranty company that she herself filed claims for repairs on this unit prior to our purchase and denied any issues on the disclosures, which is illegal. I’m writing this review to warn people to stay clear of her, as her business methods are extremely unethical and illegal.
