I had to travel to Ventura for a very difficult family situation. It helped waking up in and coming home to such a nice place each day. I would not hesitate to stay at this house again.
Terrific experience! Management is communicative and answers all questions quickly! Loved the property!!
My family will never be renting from the company again. Their employees and company do not follow California rental laws and should be reported to the BBB. They also were rude and changed the price than was originally advertised online, then lied about what they said .I did not feel comfortable staying there at all.
Ivan was well versed on multiple topics. Worked at a good pace but not rusted. Showed attention to detail and assertiveness. He earned respect by admitting he was able to do some jobs safely, and others recommend specialized care. He's a solid worker, no ego or bad attitude... He showed genuine concern & care and showed that he actually wanted to help by providing real value via solid quality results. Long story short, pleasant experience. Thank you for sending Ivan out.
