The house is absolutely amazing! Super easy check in and check out! Host communicates very well!
Renters beware. Even with a lease they will try to screw you. Always paid rent on time or early. Clean and quiet renter. Home owners didn’t agree with some part of my life style. Remax harassed me to leave. When I told them I would vacate when my lease was up… The home owners harassed me to the point Ventura Sheriffs told me to get a restraining order. Just finished a beautiful long weekend in a property managed by RE/MAX Gold Coast. We had a large group of family gathering for a wedding in LA but wanted the quiet escape offered by the beach area of Oxnard.
