Ranga Pathak of re/max gold interfered with tenancy after I needed to renegotiate lease commission when I fell ill with cancer. Stay away from this realtor. Her commission is too high and will undermine tenant contracts if there are any unseen difficulties.
ReMax- please tell your agents (especially Ponce) that running through flower beds while leaving business cards on doors is unprofessional, unacceptable, and not a way to inspire people to use his/ your services.
