I can’t say enough good things about Mark Beck and the way he handled my land purchase. Put in offer on townhouse, seller countered and we verbally agreed, then agent slow played the counter offer paperwork saying he had poor cell service waiting for another offer to come in, then countered on paper 25,000 higher than price we agreed on earlier in the day. Very unprofessional!
