Be aware. I was in touch with one of their real estate agent regarding a rental property. Since we're moving from out of town, we scheduled a FaceTime tour. Soon after, he mentioned that there were already 2 applicants but still recommended that we apply. I expressed concern about potentially losing money if we didn't have a chance, but he encouraged us to apply anyway. We submitted our application. They require the security deposit (full month) before you sign a lease. Completely unprofessional. Especially that this happened after we were approved for the house and we paid a non refundable application fee. Would not recommend. They are not ethical.
This is my 1st time renting and Jorge Grillo helped me all the way from start to end. Very satisfied with the whole process.
