Lack of disclosure by realtor Taylor Charpie is irresponsible and unethical! Our daughter thought she bought a fully rehabbed home on 136 Robert Dr in Ladson SC When the inspection was done the report showed several problems in the electrical, plumbing, HVAC system which was not working, installed improperly, and all work that was done was without the proper permits that were needed! Not sure what's going on .. but this agency listed my house for sale - it's not. I've tried calling them to correct it, but no one's returned my calls ... maybe this review will help get me closure.
JD sold our home for more than what we listed it for and did it in under a weeks time. On top of that, he got us through the home selling process, which isn't an easy thing to do! Highly recommended!
