My experience with their property management was disappointing. I had hoped for a more client-focused approach and better accountability, but the level of care and support fell short.
Chris Harden is a great real estate professional, broker, and person overall. He is an incredibly hard worker who drops everything at any time and any day to assist his clients and meet their needs.
Working with Chris Harden was an absolute nightmare. They handled my property terribly—poor management, complete lack of professionalism, and frustrating communication at every step. They do not care about their clients and every request or concern was met with dismissiveness and zero accountability.
I loved working with Chris Harden!! He is very dedicated to his job and is very easy to work with. Super professional and extremely reliable. Slays the day everyday!!
