Marjorie Yaksich is AMAZING! She did a great job when she sold us our home in 2016 and again in 2024 when she sold the home for us. I could not only trust Marjorie for accurate information and market knowledge but also supported me with my questions, concerns, and kept me "calm" when our sale hit a road block. I would want Marjorie as my agent next time I buy a home again. You can't go wrong with choosing her to be your agent! She will do an amazing job for you too!

I was charged 25 dollars as an application fee that she glanced at. With this money I was told that they were going to run my credit. I was contacted the next day to discover a rule that I was never informed of the day before that I had to make 4 times the amount of the rent a month, and that they didn't even bother to run my credit with the money I paid them to run my credit.
