Pete and Lynda were such a pleasure for us to work with. My sister, Sandy lost her home and car due to the flooding from hurricane Helene. They were so kind and caring to us both during this very difficult time. Communication with us was constant from this team. They were able to find us an investor interested in buying the home. He offered enough money for my 77 year old sister to live comfortbly in the future. We would highly recommend Pete Wacelitz and Lynda Ernst Whery to anyone needing help selling their home.

Out-of-town buyers rely on their realtors, perhaps more than other clients. They only know the area so well, sometimes not at all. This is particularly true in as sprawling a market as the Tampa Bay area, with disparate neighborhoods going from the bustling of downtown Tampa to the chill beach life of St Petersburg Beach.
